Buying a new home is one of the most stressful things you can do in life, even more so when it's your first home. We were referred to Ivor by a family member that had used him with their home purchase and he made our home buying experience less stressful. It was our first home and we really didn't know what to expect and Ivor walked us through everything we needed to know. After looking around at many houses we found the house we loved and its because he listens to what his clients are looking for and pays attention to his clients while they are looking at homes to see exactly what they want or don't want in their future home. Many nights, weekends, and weeks later he helped us find the perfect home for us!  Ivor is very knowledgeable, personable and we really enjoyed working with him. He has become a friend, not just our agent-
