Here, besides finding all the available residential listings in Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area in general, viewed with sophisticated, yet simple to use Real Estate search tools, you will also find that I have tried to make this a one stop shop for every service related to homes/real estate and everyday life, in general.

I work with a network of Insurance Agents for Life, Health, Home & Auto Policies, Financial advisers, Mortgage Agents and even contractors for Home Renovation projects. As of December, 2009, the projects that I've added to my regular field in resale homes are highrise condominium apartments around Toronto (some scheduled for completion in 2012/2013, as per the Builders) and mid-rise, ready, condominium apartments, and townhouses, in Oakville, scheduled for completion early to mid-2010 (again, as per Builder's information).
New projects will be added practically every month, information for which I will add as I get it.
Currently, in Toronto (mid-rise) - 400 Wellington West and (high-rise) King West projects.  Oakville, Tribute - mid-rise and condo-townhouses.  Call me for details.

A little bit about my past ... History, you may say:

I started my working career in the Hotel industry with one of the biggest hotel chains in India - the Taj Group of Hotels and rose to the position of Lobby Manager at their beach resort, the Taj Holiday Village, in Goa.  After that, I moved to the Hotel industry, for a while, in Dubai followed by a total change of direction when I got into the oil industry where I worked for 6½ years before coming to Canada in 1997.  After working for the Mutual funds section of one of the major banks here, I decided to branch out into Real Estate and have never looked back since, thanks to the trust and support that I've received from my sphere of influence and my clients.

I do hope that I will have the pleasure of working with you and remember, my Real Estate relationship does not end on closing. That's really just the beginning, and that is why, being the "people person" I am, my slogan is as follows:
